A Fabulous Antique Victorian Brass Coal Scuttle C1880

This elegant coal scuttle has a restrained shell design on the hinged lid and on the reverse. Thandle has an archtectural quality to the detailing. The scuttle retaingns the original coal scoop nestled in its side pocket. The scoop has a turned wood handle that is very comfortable to hold. The scuttle is in good order throughout with age related wear. A beautiful fireside accessory.
