Superb Burr Walnut Davenport Desk

This is a burr walnut Davenport desk, created approximately in 1860. The desk features a distinctive burr walnut finish with a compact design, including a slanted writing surface and multiple compartments for storage. It is supported by four turned legs and exhibits craftsmanship typical of the mid-19th century. The desk is awaiting a new replacement leather skiver to be fitted polish to finish of this lovely antique desk.
